Our Refund and Return Policy gives you a 14-day window from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. You don’t need to rush — just be sure the item stays fresh, unworn, and in its original condition. We want to make sure you have enough time to try it out and see if it’s the right fit for you, both in style and comfort.

What Qualifies for a Return?

To make sure your return goes through without a hitch, please ensure your item meets all of the criteria outlined in our Refund and Return Policy:

  • Originaltags must still be attached

  • It must be returned in itsoriginal packaging

  • It mustnot be aFinal Sale orLimited Release item (unless it was damaged or the wrong item was sent)

Items that show any signs of use — like wear, stains, or damage — unfortunately won’t qualify under our Refund & Return Policy
